Chesapeake Midstream Partners

Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. (CMP) is a growth-oriented midstream natural gas services provider with operations focused on owning, operating, developing and acquiring midstream energy assets in the United States. We provide gathering, treating and compression services to producers under long-term, fixed-fee contracts. With a strong asset base and extensive intrastate pipeline infrastructure located strategically in the Barnett Shale and Mid-Continent regions, we have access to major delivery points.

We own and operate natural gas midstream assets across five states, with an average output of 1.5 billion cubic feet per day (bcf/d) of total capacity and more than 2,800 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines.

Our company’s strategy is focused on sustaining our success for the long term so that we can continue to meet the country’s energy needs. Our joint parent companies, Chesapeake Energy and Global Infrastructure Partners, share substantial interest in CMP and provide strong support.
